The steps :

1.  Make a backup
2.  install adb and fastboot on you computer
3.  activate ADB Debugging on your phone
4.  Unlock the bootloader
5.  Copy the ROM on the sdcard of the phone
6.  REboot in recovery mode
7.  Wipe the phone
8.  Install the ROM
