Sorbonne proposal 2024

Proposal of contents for the visit of the students of the Sorbonne University from 20 to 26 April 2024.

Framework

For this fourth visit of the students of the Master in Human Geography of the Sorbonne University of Paris, we propose a framework that includes the industrial past of Calafou and its former inhabitants, its relationship with the village of Vallbona and the community work in relation to the secular pollution of the Anoia River.

Calendar

Saturday

Arrival of the students at different times and guided visit of Calafou in french language.

Sunday

During the first day students and Calafou inhabitants will have a jornada de curro (collective working day) to meet each other and leave some phisical change in the architectural and human geography of the place.

A request has been made to the rehabilitation Área de Gestión (managing group) so they can plan the activities of the day needed by Calafou.
