GUIA THF INFOPOINT

  1. # Registro

Incluso si ya te has registrado en línea, cuando llegues a Calafou dirígete al punto de información (entrada centro social ) para registrarte. Allí accederás a toda la información que necesitas, podrás comprar tus tickets de comida, comprobar la logística de los nodos e inscribirte para turnos (de cocina, de limpieza, de mantenimiento y como hadas para los nodos: traducción, documentación, logística). Pedir a todxs las personas leer este HowTo y comentar dudas en el infopoint. Cada persona registrada tiene que apuntarse a un turno de cocinar, un turno de servir O un turno de limpiar cocina, un turno de mantenimiento (basuras, o duchas/lavabos + centro social) y un turno como hadas amigas de un nodo propuesto en el programa.

  1. # Tickets de comida

Consideramos dos posibilidades: > Para las personas con bajos ingresos: 70 € por semana o 15 por día si te quedas 1, 2, 3 o 4 días como máximo. > Para las personas con ingresos estables: 140 € por semana o 25 por día si te quedas 1, 2, 3 a 4 días como máximo. Esas tarifas incluyen el desayuno, el almuerzo, la cena y los gastos de agua y electricidad.

  1. # # Camping

Se puede acampar en el camping o en el otro lado de la carretera en frente de la cocina.

  1. # # Habitación comunitaria

En el primer piso de la casa roja encontrarás algunos colchones libres, o al menos algún lugar para poner tu propia colchoneta.

  1. # # Hostal

En el infoshop te informarán si quedan habitaciones individuales (15 euros / noche) o habitaciones dobles (25 euros / noche).

  1. # Aseos
 * Mea en el bosque 
 * Caga en los aseos 
 * Prefiere los lavabos secos a los retretes 
 * Hay un lavabo seco cerca de la casa verde, CAGAFOU 
 * Hay tres lavabos secos móviles detrás de la pared en la entrada. 
 * Hay dos baños en el fondo del centro social 
 * Hay un baño en medio de los talleres de madera
  1. # Agua
  * Las duchas deben ser muy cortas (mojarse, parar el agua, enjabonarse, aclararse). 
  * Hay 2 duchas en el interior (en la parte posterior del centro social, en medio de los talleres de madera). 
  * Hay una ducha en el exterior (cerca del camping), si te duchas durante el día,  conseguirás agua calentada de forma natural . 
  * En el pueblo hay una piscina pública abierta de 11h a 19h30. Coste: € 3.50 de lunes a viernes y fin de semana € 5.50 
 
  # # Basuras
 
  * No dejes nada detrás tuyo
  * Toda la basura debe ir al punto verde (cerca entrada taller) o en los contenedores apropiados dentro de los edificios (centro social, espacios utilizados durante el encuentro). 
  * Si estas fuera usa los ceniceros que hemos depositado en diferentes lugares. 
  * Cualquier otro efecto, tienes que cogerlos de vuelta contigo y depositarlos en los contenedores  preparados a tal efecto. 
  * Si te vas de calafou en coche, llévate por favor parte de la basura que se deposita en la basura de de la entrada. Si te vas a pie, llévate lo que puedas (empezando por tu propia basura).
  
    ### Mantenimiento basura
 
  * Cada dia, la persona inscrita en mantinimiento basuras en turnos (tabla en frente infopoint) tiene que vaciar las basuras de reciclaje del centro social + casa roja + casa verde+ hacklab + comedor + lavabos (taller y centro social)y depositar plastico, papel y botellas en el PUNTO VERDE y la basura que no se puede reciclar (basura labavos +otras) en la basura situada en la entrada de Calafou. Esta persona tiene que cambiar las bolsas de basura. Se pueden encontrar en el infopoint. 
 
 ### Limpiar espacios
 
  * Cuando se acabe cada taller, las hadas amigas del nodo se preocupan de que se limpie el espacio.Hay herramientas de limpieza en cada espacio del encuentro. Sui falta algo, informar de ello en el infopoint. 
 
 ### Limpieza mantenimiento (Lavabos y duchas centro social y taller + centro social)

  ## Seguridad   
  * NO HAGAS FUEGO BAJO NINGUNA CIRCUNSTANCIAS
  * Si no conoces Calafou, no camines por la noche sin una linterna 
  * Hay un botiquín de primeros auxilios en el infoshop.

  ## PRIVACIDAD

No tomes fotos o vídeos de las personas sin pedirles permiso antes. Pregunta siempre antes de darle al botón de gravar 

  ## CULTURA LIBRE

El THF asi como Calafou estan totalmente volcados en el desarrollo y proteccion de la cultura libre. Por ello si quieres producir un articulo, pieza audiovisual o cualquier otro tipo de produccion multimedia acerca del THF y/o calafou tendras que liberra ese material bajo una licencia libre. Leete porfavor nuestro protocolo de medios (https://calafou.org/en/contentprotocolo-medios-v10) para poder contribuir a la documentacion y difusion del evento THF 2014.

  1. Nodos/Talleres
    1. Nodos / Talleres

Cada nodo cuenta con unx hada amigx que ayuda las personas que imparten los nodos en sus necesidades logisticas + buscan/devuelven materiales desde el infopoint + comprueban que los nodos cuentan con la traducción apropiadas (si es necesario) y con algunas personas cuidando la documentación (tomar notas sobre la sesión en pad y/o contar con streaming listo) + también revisa la limpieza de los espacios que se han utilizado.

Algunas sesiones serán estremeadas y otras no. Las decisiones se registran en el punto de información y en una pared en el centro social dedicado al trabajo.

    1. Proponer Nodos / Talleres

Ya se han propuesto muchos nodos durante la llamada pública que finalizó el 28 de julio. El domingo 03 de agosto, se presentará el programa (incluyendo el día, hora y lugar). Todos los días habrá un momento de encuentro de anuncio y presentaciones en el centro social de nuevos nodos propuestos para el siguiente dia(de 10h30 a 11h00).

    1. Asistir Nodos / Talleres

Con el fin de coordinar mejor las necesidades de traducción, espacios y logística técnica, hay que apuntarse a los nodos a los cuales una queire asistire indicar is necesita traduccion (ver tablon cerca infooint).

  1. Documentacion

Algunos nodos seran streameados. Por otra parte, cada nodo del programa contara con un pad (Direccion local pad XXXXX) para que las participantes puedan dejar notas. Ademas, cada participante se puede conectar a traves de FTP (usando filezilla/fire ftp/terminal) de manera anonima a nuestro servidor SELDON. Host: Seldon.local, sin usuario ni contrasenya. Alli encontrara una carpeta llamada Incomping y dentro una carpeta THF. La carpeta cuenta con carpetas para ir dejando/compartiendo musica, videos y libros. Por fvor sube material interesante y relevante para las tematicas tratadas en el THF. Tambien existe una carpeta de documentacion organizadas por dia del programa y nodos tratados.







THF INFOPOINT GUIDE

  1. Logistics
    1. Register

Even if you have already registered online, when arriving to Calafou go to the Infopoint (entrance social center) and register. There you will get to all the info you need, purchase your food tickets, check nodes logistics, inscribe yourself for turns (cooking, cleaning, maintenance and fairy for nodes: translation, documentation, logistics). Each person that register should read this HowTo and comment any doubt in the infopoint. Each registered person should inscribe to: 1 turn of cooking + 1 turn of serving OR 1 turn of cleaning kitchen + 1 turn of maintenance (trahs, OR showers/toilets + social center)and 1 turn as fiary friend of a node in the program.

    1. Food tickets

You can buy food tickets at the infopoint. We consider two possibilities : > For people with low income: 70€ per week OR 15 per day if you stay 1, 2, 3 or 4 days maximum. > For people with stable income: 140€ per week OR 25 per day if you stay 1, 2, 3 or 4 days maximum. Those fees include breakfast, lunch, dinner and expenses such as water and electricity.

You can camp in the camping or on the other side of the road in front of the kitchen.

      1. Dormitory

The first floor of the red house may have some free matraces, or at least some place to put your own mat.

      1. Hostal

The infoshop will let you know if there are still individual (15 euros/night) or double rooms available (25 euros/night).

    1. Toilets
* Piss in the woods
* Shit in the toilets
* Prefer compost toilet over water closets
* There is one compost toilet, CAGAFOU
* There are three mobile compost toilet outside below the entrance wall. 
* There are two toilets in the back of the social centre
* There is one toilet in the middle of the wood workshops
    1. Showers
 * Showers should be very short. 
 * There are 2 inside showers (in the back of the social centre, in the middle of the wood workshops). 
 * There is one shower in the outside (nearby the camping), if you shower during the day you will get naturally heated water too.
 * At the village there is a public swimming pool open from 11h to 19h30. Cost: 3.50 euros from monday to friday and 5.50 euros week end)

 ## Trash
 
 * Do not leave anything below you. 
 * All trash should go to the green point or appropriate bins inside buildings (social center, spaces used during the encounter). 
 * If you are outside you will find ashtrays in different places, please use those. 
 * Any other effects, you should take those all back with you and deposite them in the approriate bins prepared to that effect. 
 * If leaving calafou by car, please take with you part of the trash that is deposited in the entrance bin. If leaving calafou by foot, take whatever you can.
 
 ### Trash maintenance
 
 * Every day, the person that inscribe in the maintenance task panel in trash maintenance should go through RECYCLE BINS of the social center + red house + green house + hacklab + leaving room + toilets (WS and Social centers) and take all the rubish from recyle bins and deposite plastics, paper and bottlesin the GREEN POINT and the rubish that cannot be recycled should be deposite in the bin in the entrance of calafou (toilets rubbish + not recyclabe rubbish). This person should change the plastic bags in each bin. Plastic bags can be found at the infopoint.
 
 ### Cleaning spaces
 
 * At the end of every node the fairy friend makes the cleaning of the space happen. Every space count with tools to clean. Any missing tool for cleaning, inform the infopoint.
 
 ### Cleaning maintenance (Workshop toilets and shower + toilets social center + social center)

 ## Security
 
 * NO FIRE under any circumstances
 * If you do not know Calafou, do not walk by night without a torch 
 * There is a first urgency aid kit in the infoshop.
  1. FREE CULTURE

The THF, inasmuch as Calafou are completely devoted to free culture protection and advancement. So if you want to produce an article, audiovisual work or any other multimedia production about the THF and / or calafou you will have to release and share those materials under a free license. Please read our media protocol (https://calafou.org/en/contentprotocolo-medios-v10) and if you have any doubts contact the infopoint.

    1. PRIVACY

Do not take pictures or audiovisual of people without their permission! Always ask before recording.

  1. Nodes/Workshops

Every node counts with a fairy friend that reviews the needs of the people that provide the nodes, take and bring back to the infopoint possible technical matters, check that the node counts with appropriate translation settings (if needed) and with some people taking documentation (link of the pad to take notes on the session AND/OR streaming ready) + also reviews cleaning of spaces after been used.

Some sessions will be streamed and others not. Decisions will be registered in the infopoint and in a wall in the social center devoted to the program scheduling work in progress.

    1. Proposing Nodes/Workshops

Many nodes have already been proposed during the open call that closed on the 28th of July. By Sunday 3rd of August, the program will be presented (including day, time and location). Everyday there will have a meeting moment for announcement and presentations at the social centre (from 10h30 to 11h00).

    1. Attending Nodes/Workshops

In order to better coordinate translation needs, spaces and technical logistics, there is a need that people indicate which nodes they will attend. There is a space of the social center dedicate to the program schedule and details. When attending indicate which languages you understand to see if there is a need for translation with spiders. Remember that it is expected that all of us act at least once as a fairy friend of a node (+ or- 20 persons needed) + as a documenter/note taker + if possible as a translator.

  1. Documentation

Some nodes will be streamed. Besides, each node will count with a pad(link to local pad) so that participants to the session can share and leave notes there. There is also a local server where people can connect anonymously through FTP called SELDON. Host: Seldon.local, no user, no password. There you will find a file called Incomping and inside a file called THF. The files is divided in two, one gile to share interesting material of videos/books/music and another file for documentation of nodes of the THF!2014.
