     El 'yo' de un hombre, el 'yo' de una ameba, son igualmente el 'yo' de un àtomo. [8]

Where conscience means:

     el hecho del subjetivismo, el espejismo interior, lo que los psicólogos ingleses llaman
     feeling, sentience'' [9]

In the Fernandez Cosmovision every single atom has a conscience. Every entity can be reduced to his conscience atom. Spirulina has, in consequence, conscience, earthworm has conscience too. Every machine has conscience. If all single entity express itself in its conscience then exist an object to be comunicated: the expression or conscience. Only another axiom has to be proposed. An axiom to ensure the communication efectivity. An axiom that could walk around the Communication Problems. We propose an axiom based on Nagarjuna's emerging on reliance conception, as himself explain in the introductory verses of Mulamadhyamakakarika:
